Keynote Speaker Reel

Who I Speak To

I work with organizations that serve the public—where leadership matters most. I speak to leaders in K–12 education, the military, and public-sector organizations—anyone responsible for building strong teams and driving performance in mission-driven environments.
The Problems I Help Solve
-
Retention and Engagement
Great people don’t leave organizations—they leave leadership. I help school leaders, military commanders, public officials, and managers understand how their leadership directly impacts morale, performance, and retention. Then I show them how to build cultures where people want to stay and contribute.

-
Preparing Young Adults for Real Life
Gen Z is stepping into a fast-changing world, but many are underprepared for the realities of money, leadership, and decision-making. I help them build the mindset, discipline, and life skills to lead themselves and others with confidence.

-
Making Sense of AI in K–12 and Beyond
AI is changing everything—but most educators and public leaders aren’t sure how to talk about it, let alone lead through it. I simplify the conversation and give teams a clear, practical understanding of how to integrate AI without losing their purpose or values.

The Results I Deliver
I deliver keynotes and workshops that move quickly from insight to action. I don’t just inspire—I equip.
You’ll walk away with clear, implementable strategies you can use immediately to:
-
Increase teacher or employee retention
-
Improve team morale and engagement
-
Lead younger generations with clarity
-
Navigate the use of AI confidently and responsibly
For military audiences, I also provide tactical leadership strategies for both recruitment and retention—built on 20+ years of real-world leadership, recruiting, and training experience.

About Me.
Professional
I’ve spent over 20 years leading, training, and building high-performance teams in some of the most demanding environments—both in and out of uniform. As a combat veteran and military leader, I’ve led in high-stakes situations where clarity, adaptability, and resilience were non-negotiable. That experience shaped the leadership principles I now share with schools, government teams, and organizations across the country.
I hold a Doctorate in Administration and Leadership and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, blending academic insight with real-world application. Today, I speak and train on topics that matter most to mission-driven organizations: retaining talent, developing strong leaders, and preparing the next generation for what’s ahead.

Personal
Off stage, I’m a husband of over 20 years and a proud dad to two amazing daughters. I believe leadership starts at home, and I work hard to live the values I teach. I stay sharp through running, weightlifting, and chasing the puck in adult-league hockey, and I’m always up for traveling somewhere new with my family. Whether it’s a mountain trail or a rink on a Saturday night, I’m about showing up with purpose and giving it everything I’ve got.
